    Project initiation

    Initial scoping, stakeholder identification, and feasibility work.

    Site selected

    Riverbank site confirmed and preliminary surveys completed.

  3. 2025

    Design & planning

    RIBA stages 2–4: concept, developed and technical design. Planning submission.

  4. 2026

    Construction

    Tender, contractor mobilisation, and main build phase.

  5. 2027

    Fit-out & commissioning

    Internal fit-out, equipment, regulatory sign-off, and staff transition.

  6. 2027

    Opening

    Patient services move into the new Riverbank Surgery.
